At the back, where your pack sits, an air permeable mesh material has been integrated to allow good air circulation. An elastic band at the lower hem and on the cuffs keeps the jacket from slipping about no matter how you move. Ski touring skins can be stashed quickly and easily in the two large zip pockets at the front. Two interior mesh pockets offer space for gels or energy bars. Your avalanche transceiver device has its own home in another zip pocket. The close-fitting hood protects your head from chill winds.
