• Stainless steel

Stainless steel is an alloy steel. It is achieved by adding chrome, which allows it to significantly increase its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not need any particular maintenance.

• Knife handle

Beech is the most used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. It comes from French farms, it is hard, resistant and easy to work with.
