If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

The new version of the Flux, Hydrapak's reusable and flexible bottle, incorporates a significant innovation: the Twist to Drink spout. This spout, in addition to including a dust cap to keep it clean during your adventure, rotates. This feature stands out above all for making hydration much more convenient, and thanks to its flow rate, it will give you the feeling of drinking from a traditional bottle.

Thanks to its flexible materials, you can compress the Flux reusable bottle to the point of reducing its footprint by up to 50%. Among its notable new features, the Flux also has added a handle that makes gripping and carrying much safer and more comfortable.
