Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Specifications

Jackal is the mountain running shoe dedicated to off-road running over very long distances and medium distance training thanks to exceptional cushioning guaranteed by the innovative Infinitoo ™ high energy return technology. Every detail, from the upper to the sole, is designed to favor the comfort of the foot over long distances: comfortable and loose fit designed for ultra-marathons, enveloping and flexible comfort fit elastic tongue for maximum freedom of movement, construction Gusseted inside to protect against stones or mud. The lacing sees the loops incorporated directly into the side panels of the upper: a solution that facilitates the adaptation of volumes during long journeys during which the foot tends to swell. The side Net-Mesh promotes ventilation and climatic comfort. The heart of Jackal, however, is the innovative EVA midsole/sole package with Infinitoo™ Technology high energy return polyurethane cushioning inner pads. The front element increases the damping, the rear insert contributes to the stabilization of the stroke. The midsole also includes a high-density EVA Rock-Shield insert for a more stable ride and a rock-guard effect. The sole is made of Frixion Red compound with Impact Brake System studs with differentiated thickness and longitudinal FLEX grooves that favor the fold of the sole along the fold lines. Thermo-formed toe cap, lightweight and impact resistant, provides lightness and protection, while the double compound FriXion Red sole offers optimal grip and durability.
