Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

The Salewa Ortles Ascent Mid Gore-Tex boot is a men’s leather mountaineering shoe, both robust and flexible, featuring a Vibram® outsole and an insulating GORE-TEX® membrane.

Intense days in the mountains include routes on rock, ice, and snow, often in extreme conditions, demanding complete confidence in your footwear.

The Ortles Ascent Mid Gore-Tex® mountain boot is a reliable solution for mountaineers and alpinists. Its thick suede leather upper, Salewa 3F system with steel cables, and reinforced TPU rand make this boot extraordinarily robust and durable, while the stiff nylon and carbon-loaded fiberglass insole increases stability during activity. It is engineered with a dual-density expanded polyurethane midsole with specific stiff and cushioned zones to guarantee both comfort and precision, while the interchangeable layers of the Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) offer a customizable fit.

The Vibram® Alpine Guide outsole, compatible with semi-automatic crampons, is designed to offer traction and durability on difficult terrains at low temperatures. Its overall stiffness is a key factor for crampon use on snow and ice. The outsole design includes self-cleaning lugs that ensure exceptional grip and a climbing toe profile that delivers high performance on technical edges.

Additionally, thanks to the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Insulated Comfort membrane featuring an extra insulating layer, it keeps feet warm and dry in the coldest winter mountain conditions. It also features an integrated elastic gaiter to keep snow out. For better performance on descents, the APS ankle protection system (thermoformed material heel counter) provides additional lateral support, while the flexible collar improves rear mobility. This model is a high-end solution for winter mountaineering.
