Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Description

Compact and lightweight headlamp: 300 lumens per 92 g.

Comfortable, even, close-range illumination:

- Wide beam for comfortable viewing at arm's length or at feet.

- Three white lighting levels: MAX BURN TIME (maximum burn time), STANDARD (best power/burn time balance), and MAX POWER (maximum power).

Easy to use:

- Single button for quick and easy lighting selection.

- Plate allows the headlamp to be easily directed in the desired direction and can be worn around the neck.

- Symmetrical adjustable headband for easy adjustment. Made entirely from recycled materials, the headband is removable, washable, and replaceable.

- HYBRID CONCEPT construction: the TIKKINA is powered by three AAA/LR03 batteries and is also compatible with the CORE battery (not included). The headlamp automatically detects the power source and adjusts lighting output.

- Compatible with the HELMET ADAPT and BIKE ADAPT 2 mounts to mount the headlamp on any type of helmet or bicycle (1).
