Recycled synthetic mesh and PU-Tech Lite™ protection
The high-tenacity synthetic mesh upper, made from 100% recycled yarn, delivers outstanding breathability compared to the leather version, allowing exceptional foot ventilation even on the hottest days. The 1.5mm PU-Tech Lite™ protector along the perimeter and the protective rubber toe cap provide abrasion resistance without penalising weight, while the STB Control System™ wraps the upper around the midsole to improve traverse stability and deliver greater fit and precision.
Stabilising EVA midsole and Resole Platform™
The injected EVA midsole, with 7% recycled content, delivers exceptional protection and cushioning on complex trails and via ferrata routes, with stabilising inserts that reinforce control on technical terrain. Thanks to the patented Resole Platform™ technology, the shoe can be resoled without losing comfort or performance, allowing you to explore the mountains with your TX4 Evo ST year after year.
Vibram® MegaGrip outsole with Impact Brake System™ and Climbing Zone
The Vibram® MegaGrip compound outsole with patented Impact Brake System™ technology increases stability and traction control on both slippery descents and demanding ascents. - Recycled synthetic mesh: High-tenacity fabric made from 100% recycled yarn delivering outstanding breathability and lightness, allowing you to even glimpse the interior thanks to its ultra-fine weave design. Combines low weight with good abrasion resistance.
- PU-Tech Lite™: Lightweight 1.5mm material used as a perimeter protective rand around the entire shoe, providing additional abrasion resistance in the areas most exposed to rock contact without adding significant weight.
- STB Control System™: System by which the upper wraps around the midsole to improve traverse stability, delivering greater fit, stability and precision on technical and uneven terrain.
- Climbing Zone: Wide reinforced toe area guaranteeing precision and excellent grip while climbing, allowing precise placements on small holds and delicate technical passages.
- Impact Brake™ System: Innovative system applied to the outsole that absorbs impact, aids traction and retains grip on descents. Conceived and developed by La Sportiva®'s R&D department in collaboration with Vibram®, it reduces negative ground impact thanks to the specific lug angle.
- Vibram® MegaGrip: High-performance rubber compound ensuring perfect grip on all surfaces, both dry and wet, offering exemplary durability.
- Resole Platform™: Patented midsole insert allowing the shoe to be resoled by replacing only the tread with original La Sportiva components, extending the shoe's life cycle without affecting its technical performance.
