Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

Specifications

When we go into the mountains, the EVOLE 700 HD compressible down jacket is always in its pocket in our backpack. It provides effective warmth when we need it. Water-repellent and extremely warm, its insulation is strategically placed. Thanks to the combination of K Dry™ treated duck down and 100% recycled synthetic insulation in areas prone to chafing and moisture, we stay perfectly warm and dry.

Whatever our activity, we can move around in comfort. It's lightweight and, to prevent chafing, there are no shoulder seams. The drawcord at the waist means we can adjust the down jacket to fit us perfectly. With a ripstop outer fabric and 3 zip pockets, it's durable and functional, so we can head out with confidence.

Technical Informations

	This product is guaranteed to be highly resistant to cold temperatures between -15°C and -5°C. Ideal for activities such as mountaineering, ski touring, hiking or outdoor climbing in winter conditions.
	Close fitting all over the body, and sightly tighter in the lower section for greater streamlining and thus higher performance during exertion. Often used with stretch fabrics for enhanced comfort.
	The durable water repellent (DWR) finish is a surface treatment that stops water from penetrating: it just beads up and rolls away. Optimal results when complemented by a waterproof membrane.
	K Dry® Down has a water-repellent finish, so it does not absorb water and remains very light. The finish is PFC Free, to be environmentally kinder, and the RDS label guarantees the animals' welfare
	Their partner REPREVE® provides they with 100% recycled textile fibres, which we use to produce your new fleeces, jackets and tees. The REPREVE® fabric’s origin is guaranteed thanks to an effective traceability system as well as supply chain transparency.
	Toray materials are high-tech, extremely lightweight, and resistant to abrasion. Highly compressible, these products will accompany you in your mountain activities such as mountaineering, skiing, climbing, or in your daily life.
