If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Polyurethane: Consistent density material that guarantees perfect wrapping, reliable progressivity and good power transmission.

Custom Shell™ HD: With the Custom Shell™ HD process, the lower shell of the boots is quickly customized, in 10 minutes. The thin-wall construction and new materials allow the foot to be more tightly fitted to the shell.

SensiFit™ Mesh: The honeycombed PU insert, located inside the shell, makes it easier to put on the boot. When combined with the BOA® Fit System, it reinforces the enveloping feeling when closing the boot.

BOA® Fit System: The BOA® Fit System offers a micro-adjustable precision fit designed to perform in the toughest conditions.

UPPER

Polyurethane: Consistent density material that guarantees perfect wrapping, progressivity and good power transmission.

Power Spine: This metal plate connects the cuff and shell to provide strong rearfoot support, progressive rebound when exiting turns, and powerful forward flex regardless of snow conditions.

Custom Shell™ HD: The Custom Shell™ HD process allows bootfitters to customize the cuff or lower shell of the boot in 10 minutes, while thin-wall construction and new materials keep the foot closer.

BOOT

Custom Tongue: Fully removable and completely customizable tongue that allows for perfect height adjustment of the instep. You can add foams or remove materials where needed (+/- 8 mm).

Light² Sockliner: Lightweight, lightly molded sockliner made with special, lighter foams.

My Exowrap™ 4D Perf: This Perf liner takes foot wrapping to the next level thanks to the elastic strap that surrounds the forefoot and the new overlay of latex foam layers that offer comfortable foot support and precise steering.
