Its polycarbonate shell fuses with a shock-absorbing EPS foam liner through In-Mold construction, creating a lightweight and sturdy helmet. The MIPS® system consists of a low-friction layer inside the helmet that allows the head to rotate relative to the helmet on an angled impact, substantially reducing rotational violence and the potential for brain injury. The 360° Pure Sound technology, with a shaped inner piece and a perforated rubber insert surrounded by transparent fabric, lets you hear more and better in your mountain surroundings.
