If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Features

SEND-Rescue: Protection function for rescuers who are not involved in the search. In the event of a second avalanche that would bury a rescuer, the SEND mode is automatically triggered and reports the burial position
Automatic switch from search mode to transmission mode: Safety function for rescuers searching with an avalanche victim detector in the event of a second burial. If a rescuer does not move for four minutes, the avalanche victim detector automatically switches from SEARCH mode to SEND mode using a motion detector.
Automatic self-test: Your Barryvox® checks the signal of your send and search function when it is switched on, and regularly performs transmission and battery tests.
Interference mitigation: The Barryvox® manages and reduces any signal interference, and indicates if interference is detected on the send and search modes.
Group check: This function allows you to quickly and easily check the frequency and transmission power of other avalanche victim detectors to ensure that they are functioning properly.

Voice guidance: The Barryvox® supports you with additional instructions in all phases of the search. Currently unavailable in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA.
Acoustic search guidance: A sequence of tones guides you in the direction of the buried person and allows you to keep your eyes on the avalanche field during the search.
Intuitive visual interface: Guides you intuitively through all search phases and displays an overview of multiple burials.
Auto-Select function: In the event of multiple burials, the Barryvox® will first guide you to the strongest signal.
