TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Better Balance Technology - Head technology for women that adds a ramp angle to the mounting base and puts the skier in a balanced position, making turns easier and reducing effort.
- LYT Tech Construction - construction that lightens the ski by placing more material in the tip and tail and less in the middle, for agile, stable handling.
- Synthetic Core - a light, responsive synthetic core that adds flexibility in the turns and easy handling.
- Power Fiber Jacket Construction - Head's original construction, conceived by Howard Head in the 1940s and refined ever since, combining lightness and sturdiness.
- Women's Camber and Super Light Weight Distribution - a women's-specific camber profile that improves grip and control, and an ultra-light weight distribution for an agile ski.
- Structured UHM C base - a tough structured base designed to glide well in any snow condition.
- Allride Rocker - a profile with 20% tip rocker and 80% camber, making turn entry easier without losing edge contact.
- Joy 9 GW SLR (binding) - a light binding for women and young skiers, with a light SXL heel and an SX Lite toe with TRP system and 180° Full Diagonal release, reducing injury risk.
- JOY BB SLR PRO base (binding) - a mounting base with a wider contact area that improves energy transmission without affecting the ski's natural flex, and lets the binding be fitted without drilling.
- GripWalk (binding) - compatible with adult alpine boots (ISO 5355 Type A) and GripWalk boots (ISO 23223 Type A), with no sole height adjustment needed.
