The Head Edge LYT GT HV is a wide-last alpine ski boot built for ambitious intermediate skiers looking to progress quickly without giving up comfort. Its lightweight SL Smart Frame shell combines the upper and lower shell plastic into one compact unit, delivering better turns with less effort.
Hi-Top Tech keeps direct contact between the leg and the shell for more efficient energy transfer to the ski, while Duo Flex firms up as pressure increases, staying reactive and elastic through every turn. The Comfort Sport liner wraps the foot for an optimal fit, reinforced by alloy buckles and a Supermacro hook that guarantee a tight seal. Flex is adjustable between 90 and 80 to tailor the response to each skier.

- Hi-Top Tech - A low cuff design that rises to the top of the boot's structure, creating direct contact between the leg and the shell. By limiting forward flex travel, it allows the ski to be controlled with shorter, more precise movements, reducing fatigue on long days.
- Duo Flex - A system that progressively distributes stiffness across the front shell, offering a soft flex at the start of the movement and a firmer one as pressure increases. Stays reactive and elastic, giving more power to every turn without losing response.
- Flex Adjustment - A system that changes shell stiffness between two positions, here 90 and 80. Makes it easy to match the boot's response to the terrain or the skier's level, offering more forgiveness when comfort is the priority and more precision when control is needed.
- Easy Entry Shell Design - A shell opening designed to make getting the foot in and out easier, widening the entry gap without losing hold once closed. Especially useful on cold mornings or during long days of heavy use.
- Supermacro buckle - A quick-release hook buckle that provides a wide adjustment range in a single motion, without repositioning the tooth across different notches. Speeds up putting the boot on and taking it off in the parking lot or on the slopes.
- GripWalk® - A sole standard that replaces the classic flat ski boot profile with a curved shape offering more traction for walking off the snow. Improves stability and safety on asphalt, ice, or uneven surfaces, provided the binding is GripWalk-compatible.
