Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The women’s FITZ ROY WARM hiking jacket is ideal for trekking and offers reliable protection from the cold. Made mainly from recycled polyester, its REPREVE® insulation is combined with stretch fleece side panels to optimise comfort and breathability.

As we walk, our hiking down jacket stays in place thanks to the stretch bias at the hem and cuffs. The wind starts to pick up. We pull up the hood and keep our hands warm in the 2 zipped pockets. Its athletic, modern cut makes it versatile and perfect for all our mountain activities.
