Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

A stretch fleece pocket is thermally bonded to the inside of the sock at shin level. Inside this pocket is inserted an enriched silicone gel plate, 3 to 6 times more resistant and more flexible than a classic silicone, measuring 18 x 6.5 cm. It is thus possible to remove this gel plate when washing the socks, then to reintroduce it into the pocket for the next use.

This process has the decisive advantage of avoiding machine washing a silicone gel sheet. Its size of 18 x 6.5 cm allows it to cover the entire sensitive area of the shin and finally the enriched silicone offers the best possible protection against the pressure exerted by ski boots on the shins.

The GelProtech Ski thus perfectly achieves its objective of protecting skiers from shin pain in a durable manner.
