If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

They feature a three-wall design and are extremely durable. Sea to Summit Ground Control Tent Pegs offer great grip on soft and hard ground. On hard ground, you may not be able to fully drive them in, but you can use the different-height slots to minimize impact on the peg.

Ground Control Tent Pegs are made of 6061-T6 anodized aluminum alloy, an extremely durable material.

To make it easier to remove the peg, or even to prevent you from tripping over it, the peg ring has a light source that charges during the day with sunlight and glows at night. It emits a green glow for easy identification. The ring cord is also reflective, so it glows when you shine a headlamp or flashlight on it.
