Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

A concentrate of technologies! The IKO® CORE rechargeable headlamp offers 500 lumens of power for only 79g. Equipped with the AIRFIT® strap, an ultra-thin front block and a power source moved to the rear, the headlamp is balanced and comfortable to the point of forgetting about it. Versatile, it can be worn around the neck or transformed into a lamp thanks to the bag for storage and transport. It stores flat for more compactness to carry it in any outdoor activity. Supplied with the CORE battery, the IKO® CORE is also compatible with three AAA/LR03 batteries (not included) thanks to the HYBRID CONCEPT construction.

Description

Ergonomics and comfort thanks to the AIRFIT® strap (Petzl patent):

- Innovative and refined design with a semi-rigid strap and an ultra-thin front block. The power source is moved to the rear to distribute the weight of the headlamp over the entire head and provide a balanced and comfortable carry to the point of forgetting about it.

- Waterproof tape that does not absorb perspiration or rain. Being so thin, the tape allows you to considerably reduce the contact areas and favor air circulation during dynamic activities.

- Quick and easy adjustment at the back.

Optimized visual comfort:

- Light and powerful: 500 lumens for 79 g.

- Multiple LEDs that offer a homogeneous distribution of lighting.

- Two types of light beams (wide or mixed) and several levels of white lighting to meet different needs: proximity vision, movement and distance vision.

- Three lighting levels accessible easily and quickly by means of a single button.

Rechargeable:

- CORE battery rechargeable through a micro USB connector.

- HYBRID CONCEPT construction: the IKO® CORE is supplied with the CORE battery and is also compatible with three batteries. The lantern detects the power source and adjusts the lighting outputs (IKO® CORE with CORE battery = 500 lumens, IKO® CORE with batteries = 350 lumens).

Versatile and easy to use:

- It allows various ways of wearing and fixing depending on the use: on the head, around the neck, on a table, fixed to the pole of a tent or on a tree...

- Storage and transport bag that allows you to transform the flashlight into a lamp.

- Reflective elements on the back of the headlamp so you can be seen at night.
