Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

When we're sitting at the belay station, the KAMET DOWN jacket provides comfortable warmth in extreme cold weather. Designed with an innovative polyamide outer material that is lighter and more durable than traditional materials, this compressible down jacket is the perfect companion for all the winter adventures. Thanks to its seamless compartment construction and 700 cuin K-DRY®-treated duck down filling, we can belay our partner safely without suffering from the bitter cold.

When facing the wind, we simply pull up the high wraparound collar and adjust the hood over our helmet. We are perfectly protected yet still have a wide-angle view of the wall. This jacket was designed for mountaineering, so it's easy to complete their manoeuvres. It has a front zip with a double-slider, a protective back and close-fitting, covered cuffs. The raglan sleeves provide full range of movement. Its seamless shoulder design prevents chafing. the essential accessories can be kept close at hand in the two high zipped hand pockets and secure inner pockets. The collar of our winter mountaineering down jacket is a distinguished feature of the KAMET range.

Technical Informations

	The ideal partner for mountaineering, ice climbing or any other activity in very cold weather, this product has been tested to withstand temperatures between -25°C and -15°C.
	Close fitting all over the body, and sightly tighter in the lower section for greater streamlining and thus higher performance during exertion. Often used with stretch fabrics for enhanced comfort.
	K Dry® Down has a water-repellent finish, so it does not absorb water and remains very light. The finish is PFC Free, to be environmentally kinder, and the RDS label guarantees the animals' welfare.
	Product certified to the Responsible Down Standard contain down or feathers from farms certified to animal welfare requirements.
