The Mammut Kento Guide II High GTX Women is a high-performance mountaineering boot, made in Europe, built for demanding alpine routes, via ferrata and classic mountaineering. Its Heinen terracare® leather and Vibram® XS Trek outsole deliver the robustness, precision and lightness needed to move safely across rock and technical terrain, while the GORE-TEX® membrane keeps feet dry in any condition.
Vibram® XS Trek outsole and crampon compatibility
The Vibram® XS Trek outsole delivers outstanding grip and precision on rock, with a lightweight rubber compound designed to cut weight without sacrificing traction. The stabilized midsole (B2 stiffness on the Mammut Flex Index) provides the support needed for technical terrain, and its heel insert makes it compatible with strap-on crampons.
Heinen terracare® leather and TPU protection
The Heinen terracare® nubuck leather upper, made in Germany, combines durability with a lower environmental impact. The rubber scree protection edge and TPU reinforcements guard against abrasion, and the resoleable design extends the boot's lifespan.
3D Memo Foam comfort and Ortholite® sockliner
The pre-shaped tongue and 3D Memo Foam padding mould to the shape of the foot, preventing rubbing and blisters, while the Ortholite® branded sockliner adds extra cushioning and better moisture management through a full day in the mountains.
