The MACH BOA HV 110 GW alpine ski boot by Tecnica pairs a high-volume (HV) 103mm last, designed for skiers with wide or high-volume feet, with a 110 flex that delivers firm, precise on-piste performance. The anatomically shaped, thermo-moldable C.A.S. shell adapts easily to the foot thanks to Double Quick Instep technology, which makes stepping in and out easier even in cold weather.
The BOA® Fit System lower closure wraps the foot evenly from five contact points, reducing pressure over the instep and improving heel hold, while the two micro-adjustable cuff buckles, with Lift Lock system, complete the upper fit. The N.F.S. Comfort Ecodesign liner incorporates Celliant® technology, which supports circulation and body heat, and the GripWalk ISO 23223 sole comes factory-fitted, with the option to swap it for a standard alpine sole.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- C.A.S. Shell (Custom Adaptive Shape) - the lower shell has an anatomical shape that already matches the natural foot morphology out of the box, reducing the need for customization. Its dimpled surface lowers the material's surface tension and speeds up the thermoforming process, letting a bootfitter modify it with greater precision. The result is a boot that holds its custom fit better over time.
- Double Quick Instep - the shell uses a softer plastic over the instep area than the rest of the boot. This makes stepping in and out noticeably easier, especially in cold weather when plastic tends to stiffen. This localized flexibility does not compromise the shell's overall stiffness or on-slope performance.
- BOA® Fit System (H+i1) - replaces the two traditional lower buckles with a rotating dial connected to low-friction cables that wrap the foot from five separate contact points. It allows adjustments in 0.25mm increments, distributing pressure evenly and cutting peak pressure on the instep by up to 13%. The result is a quicker, more precise and more comfortable fit than a conventional buckle system.
- N.F.S. Comfort Ecodesign with Celliant® - the N.F.S. (Natural Foot Shape) liner is anatomically preformed and made with recycled, PVC-free content. It incorporates Celliant® technology, a fabric with thermo-reactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy, improving local circulation and oxygenation. This results in warmer feet, better performance and faster recovery after skiing.
- Lift Lock - this system holds the cuff buckles up and away from the shell while the skier puts on or takes off the boot. This keeps the buckles from catching or getting in the way during entry and exit, speeding things up without needing to move them out of the way first.
- GripWalk (ISO 23223) - a sole standard with a curved profile and higher-grip material, designed to improve traction and comfort when walking outside the ski boot. On this boot it comes factory-fitted and is compatible with GripWalk-certified or dual bindings; it can optionally be swapped for a flat ISO 5355 alpine sole for exclusive use with standard alpine bindings.
