The K2 Mindbender 105 BOA W is a women's hybrid boot built for skiers splitting their time evenly between resort and touring, without giving up downhill power. Its Powerlite shell, light and fully heat-moldable, pairs with a BOA® closure on the lower shell and two traditional buckles on the upper cuff for a precise fit with no pressure points.
The Powerlock Spyne walk mechanism offers 50° of range of motion for comfortable uphill travel, with a firm, powerful connection in ski mode for uncompromised downhill performance. The PrecisionFit Pro Tour liner, made of heat-moldable Ultralon foam with an asymmetric tongue, molds to the foot for extra comfort on long climbs. Integrated tech fittings at the toe and heel allow use with both touring and alpine bindings, while the GripWalk® ISO 23223 soles improve grip when walking off the snow.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Powerlite Shell - A lightweight injected shell built with varying wall thicknesses and several TPU stiffnesses, balancing minimal weight with power transmission. Handles both the climb and demanding descents without sacrificing stiffness. It is fully heat-moldable for a better custom fit to the skier's foot.
- Powerlock Spyne - A performance-oriented walk mechanism with 50° of range of motion for comfortable uphill walking. In ski mode it delivers a firm, powerful connection between cuff and shell with no play. Forward lean is adjustable between 10° and 17° depending on the mechanism's position.
- PrecisionFit Pro Tour - A heat-moldable Ultralon foam liner, pre-molded with an asymmetric tongue. Includes a high-density power collar and a flex notch that aids range of motion while walking. It can be laced to adjust volume around the ankle.
- Friction Free Cuff Pivot - A low-friction cuff pivot designed to offer minimal resistance in walk mode. Enables a more natural, less fatiguing stride on long climbs. Works alongside the Powerlock Spyne mechanism for a smooth transition between walk and ski mode.
- Integrated tech fittings - Pin-style fittings integrated into the shell injection at the toe and heel, with no added parts. Allow compatibility with both touring (pin) bindings and alpine DIN bindings. Expand the boot's usability between resort and touring terrain.
- GripWalk® - A sole standard that replaces the classic flat profile of ski boots with a rockered shape offering more traction for walking off the snow. Improves stability and safety on asphalt, ice, or uneven ground, provided the binding is compatible with the system.
