Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

The Salewa Mountain Trainer Lite Mid GORE-TEX boot is a comfortable women's mid-cut shoe designed for long mountain routes and alpine trekking, lightweight and comfortable, featuring a GORE-TEX® membrane to deliver durable waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability.

The MTN Trainer Lite Mid stands out as a comfortable three-season mid-cut boot that offers excellent performance on rock and technical terrain. To optimize energy expenditure on demanding outings, this model reduces overall weight thanks to a lightweight, strong, and highly durable upper engineered with premium suede inserts.

The waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining makes it the ideal choice for three-season alpine use, performing effectively during higher levels of activity in summer and tolerating rain, mud, or slush in winter. The anatomical fit is the true differentiator in this boot; its mid-cut design provides ample room to comfortably accommodate the toes, ensuring ongoing comfort and continuous support with a precise level of lateral flexibility.

Inside the shoe, the EVA midsole provides superior cushioning and optimal rebound with every stride. For increased flexibility and perimeter protection, it features a flexible ankle cuff, a heel stabilizer, and a reinforced rubber toe cap, offering excellent freedom of movement alongside continuous anatomical support. On the outside, the outsole ensures exceptional traction thanks to the Pomoca rubber compound and a deep lug and groove pattern, delivering the necessary versatility to handle all types of terrain, from mud and grass to rock, ice, and snow. It also features the Climbing Lacing system extended right down to the toe to provide full customization and enhanced precision on technical steps.
