If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Specifications

Elegance and craftsmanship: the N°09 Cima is a unique knife that showcases the work done in its artisanal wooden workshop.

It features a 9 cm stainless steel blade and a handle made by assembling three different French woods with contrasting colors: sycamore maple, heat-treated ash, and black walnut. It also has a safety bolster that allows you to lock the blade in the open or closed position.

This knife transports you to summits, mountain peaks, or even the crest of a wave.

It comes in a beautiful box and makes a great gift.

Hardness 55-57 HRC. European origin.

The stainless steel used in OPINEL rackets is an optimized grade to guarantee both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance.

The blade has an excellent edge and high abrasion resistance, allowing it to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before needing to be resharpened. Stainless steel has the advantage of requiring no maintenance under normal use, unlike carbon steel. However, it can reach its limits when exposed to aggressive environments for extended periods (acid, salt water, detergent, etc.).

Safety Ring

Invented by Marcel Opinel, the Virobloc safety ring is featured on all folding knives from size No. 6 onwards. Cut from stainless steel, the Virobloc consists of two parts: a fixed part and a sliding part. In addition to locking the blade in the open position (safety during use), it also allows the blade to be locked in the closed position (safe transport).

Handle

The handle of the Cime N°09 knife is crafted from a blend of three French woods: maple, heat-treated ash, and black walnut, with a lustrous polished finish.
