If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

Comfortable, its strap adjusts easily and maintains excellent support during long and committed runs. Thanks to REACTIVE LIGHTING® technology, the power of your lighting automatically adapts to the ambient light. Handling is reduced and autonomy is optimized. Its red lighting on the back also ensures that it is clearly visible at night.

Scroll lighting that automatically adapts to ambient light:

- Wide and homogeneous light beam that allows you to see comfortably within arm's reach or at your feet.

- Three levels of white lighting: MAX BURN TIME (maximum autonomy), STANDARD (best power/autonomy balance) and MAX POWER (maximum power).
