Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The high-quality all-mountain/freeride ski pole, which is just as suitable for sporty carving on the piste as for powder runs. For every taste, this robust allrounder made of resistant 7075 aluminum comes with both an alpine and a powder basket. The adjustable strap is easy to slip on and distributes the weight evenly around the wrist. Thanks to the non-slip, very easy to grip two-component handle, the pole always lies firmly in the hand, perfectly transmits the steering impulses and is up to any situation. In order not to disappoint even younger, dedicated skiers, the Phantastick 16 is available from 90 cm in length (up to 135 cm).
