Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Specifications

The PIERRA MENT 20 by Millet has been updated to enhance safety without giving up the lightness that made it a benchmark in ski mountaineering competition. Its new ski-carrying hook ensures safer transport, and a second hook lets you carry an extra pair without taking the pack off. The outer fabric now features a PFC-free DWR water-repellent treatment, and the back foam cushion is removable for when minimal weight is what matters most. It keeps the Velcro direct-access crampon compartment, the Quick-Axe™ ice-axe holder, the dual zip opening, and the internal shovel and probe sleeves, plus an internal zipped pocket with key ring and an integrated safety whistle. ISMF approved, it still weighs just 380 g.
