Named after the Catinaccio/Rosengarten massif, the Salewa Puez Catinaccio 2 Tirolwool Women's Jacket is a lightweight, warm insulating midlayer built for alpine trekking and cold-weather mountain use. It combines natural Tyrolean wool with Responsive thermoregulating technology, which absorbs infrared energy from the body and releases it back over time to keep you warm even in damp conditions.
Natural warmth with TirolWool® Responsive
The TirolWool® Responsive insulation combines virgin wool from Tyrolean sheep, with a high lanolin content that retains warmth even when wet, with thermoregulating synthetic fibres that store and release body energy over time.
Protection against the elements
The lightweight nylon outer fabric, with a PFAS-free DWR finish, resists water and wind without sacrificing breathability. A wind flap at the front zip and a soft collar add extra protection on cold days.
Functional design and Salewa Committed
Elasticated cuffs and an adjustable hem seal in warmth, while two zipped pockets keep essentials secure. Made with 58% recycled polyamide under the Salewa Committed standard, independently audited against strict eco and social criteria.
