If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The RAD LINE 6 mm, designed for skiers, is an ultralight and compact cord for crevasse rescue, rappelling, and glacier roping to escape from crevasses. Ultra-static and flexible, it features a rough sheath, providing excellent hand grip, making it easy to handle.

Description

Ultralight and compact:

- Only 22 grams per meter.

- Easily carried in a backpack thanks to its lightness and compactness.

Specific sheath construction:

- Compatible with the TIBLOC ascender and MICRO TRAXION and NANO TRAXION rope clamps, thanks to its specific HDPE-reinforced sheath (1).

- Flexible cord with a rough sheath for excellent hand grip, improving descent control during rappelling and aiding braking during crevasse falls.

Hyperstatic:

- Cord elongation less than 2%, to facilitate and improve performance during rescue maneuvers and eliminate the yo-yo effect when rappelling or arresting a fall in a crevasse.

- Allows rope lacing with a ski to escape from a crevasse.
