Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Specifications

The Mammut SMART 2.0 is an intuitive belay device that reliably blocks the climbing rope in the event of a fall. Built on the experience of the original Smart, launched in 2009, the Smart 2.0 offers significantly improved braking effectiveness, along with optimized geometry and intuitive handling.

Weighing just 80 g with no moving parts or levers, the Smart 2.0 operates on the tube principle, making it suitable for both lead and top-rope belaying. In the event of a fall, the newly developed high-performance brake insert interacts with the belay carabiner to block the rope, giving the belayer optimal support and significantly improved safety, with handling tailored to the belayer's reflex movements.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Tube principle: A belay system with no moving parts or levers that guides the rope through two slots, generating passive friction and making it easier to block the rope in a fall.
High-performance brake insert: A redesigned inner component that interacts with the belay carabiner to reliably block the rope in a fall, improving braking effectiveness over the original Smart.
Belayer-tuned handling: The Smart 2.0 reproduces the same belaying motion as the previous model, so it fits the reflex movements a belayer has already internalized.
