Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The TALCA 20 by Elementerre is a 20-litre backpack built for day hikes and short walks, offering a good balance between size and capacity. It's made from 420 Ripstop nylon combined with 600D polyester, tough materials that guarantee durability under frequent use in the mountains. Its adjustable 3D Air Mesh shoulder straps, together with the waist belt and adjustable chest strap with an integrated whistle, provide comfort and stability even on longer walks. It also features a pole holder and a spacious zipped main compartment, ideal for organising your gear on hiking routes or urban outings.
