Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Like our other cooking sets, the Terra Weekend HE in ultra-resistant anodized aluminum offers both lightness and the guarantee of a good hot meal, and easy to clean utensils, thanks to our new non-stick coating. With its 275 g, this cooking set is the lightest of our kits with two utensils. The HE (Heat Exchange) heat exchanger located under the pot saves fuel and reduces boiling time by 20%. Cook up delicious meals in the saucepan with spout or brown or fry them in the heavy-duty pan (which also doubles as a lid). In the mesh carrying case, you can also slip titanium cutlery and any of the Optimus stoves.
