Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The TIKKA® with rechargeable battery! The TIKKA® CORE rechargeable headlamp offers a power of 450 lumens and has a homogeneous and comfortable lighting to accompany you in outdoor activities at night, on excursions in the mountains, outside the camp or on trips. Easy to use with its single button, it is also compact and fits in a jacket pocket or backpack. A phosphorescent reflector built into the flashlight makes it easy to find in the dark. It has red lighting to avoid dazzling the environment and a reflective tape to signal your presence at night. Supplied with the CORE battery, the TIKKA® CORE is also compatible with three batteries, thanks to the HYBRID CONCEPT construction.

- Three levels of white lighting: MAX BURN TIME (maximum autonomy), STANDARD (best power/autonomy balance) and MAX POWER (maximum power).

- Steady red lighting to preserve night vision without dazzling the surroundings and flashing to signal your presence, especially in the event of a rescue.

Easy to use:

- Single button for quick and easy selection of lighting level or color.

- Plate that allows to orient the lantern very easily in the desired direction.

- Light indicator when turning the flashlight on and off that allows you to check the battery level.

- Rechargeable through a type B micro USB connector.

- Practical phosphorescent reflector to find the switched off flashlight, even in the dark.

- LOCK function to prevent unexpected switching on during transport/storage.

- Removable, washable strap with symmetrical adjustment to facilitate adjustment.

- Reflective tape to be visible even in low light.

- Storage bag that allows you to transform the flashlight into a lamp.

- HYBRID CONCEPT construction: supplied with the CORE battery, the TIKKA® CORE is also compatible with three AAA/LR03 batteries (not included). The lantern automatically detects the power source and adjusts lighting outputs.

- Compatible with the HELMET ADAPT and BIKE ADAPT 2 fixings to install the headlamp on any type of helmet or on a bicycle (1).
