Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

El tendedero de viaje COCOON, fabricado con látex natural trenzado de gran elasticidad, es un sistema rápido y compacto para secar la ropa durante los viajes. La ropa se puede colgar fácilmente sin necesidad de pinzas.

Especificaciones

100 % látex natural trenzado y elástico (se estira de 150 cm a 290 cm)
Los lazos en los extremos permiten sujetarlo fácilmente a árboles o postes.
Incluye un cordón de extensión adicional de 130 cm.

Material

El látex natural es naturalmente resistente a la intemperie y no se vuelve quebradizo, pegajoso ni pierde elasticidad con facilidad. Sin embargo, la exposición prolongada a los rayos UV (más de tres semanas) puede provocar su degradación. Se recomienda desmontar el tendedero después de usarlo y no dejarlo expuesto al sol durante periodos prolongados.
