Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

TTTM travel hammocks have been tested in all climates, around the world, they meet every requirement for the most challenging terrain. The hammock can be installed or taken down in less than a minute: if you are hiking, you will quickly be protected from moisture, small insects and reptiles, regardless of any slope on site.

Furthermore, the handcrafted finish gives our travel hammocks unparalleled levels of comfort safety. The fabric we use is certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, an extremely gentle hypoallergenic material that is skin-friendly for children and adults.

Their travel hammock is a most useful solution for any journey or trip; you easily blend in with the environment while having minimal impact on the surroundings. This renders it a smaller, more practical and more portable ally than a tent with an inflatable mattress. Its smart Xpress Settings Bag packaging means you can use your hammock also as a travel pillow: very practical on the train or the plane.

Ease of use

Few things are as easy as pitching a Ticket to the Moon hammock:

Simply attach your suspension system of ropes or straps to a tree or pole and
Hang your travel hammock to the right loops for a level position at a 30° angle.
Make sure the hammock clears the ground by 40cm or more, and you are ready to swing.
Install yourself comfortably and without fear: our hammocks fully support loads of 200 kg. In fact, tests have proven a breaking point above 600 kg.
