The La Sportiva TX Guide Woman is the most technical shoe in the entire women's TX line: an extremely comfortable and snug-fitting approach shoe, perfect for both technical approaches and short climbing pitches. The combination of Vibram MegaGrip and IdroGrip guarantees excellent grip on all terrain, while the Mythos-style lacing system allows for a perfect fit and internal volume adjustment, specifically tailored to the female foot morphology.
Tech Fit last and high-abrasion construction
The new Tech Fit last offers a precise, enveloping fit for maximum performance, with particular stability at the toe that increases confidence on small holds while climbing. The highly abrasion-resistant mesh construction, made from a single layer to optimise internal volume, is reinforced with microfibre on the inside and TPU on the outside. The asymmetrical approach-style lacing runs all the way to the toe for maximum precision, while the heel retains the Mythos-style construction that guarantees a perfect heel fit.
PU-Tech Lite protection and EVA + TPU stability
The climbing-inspired protective rand is made from lightweight PU-Tech Lite, while the running-derived sock-style tongue construction keeps out external debris on the move. The dual-compression EVA midsole delivers heel cushioning and toe stabilisation, reinforced with a forward TPU plate that adds stability in the climbing zone, a mid profile and rock-guard style protection.
Vibram® MegaGrip + IdroGrip outsole and Impact Brake™ system
The dual-compound Vibram® MegaGrip and IdroGrip outsole combines the perfect blend of grip and durability for any terrain, with a dedicated climbing zone at the toe for maximum precision on technical moves. The pronounced heel incorporates the Impact Brake™ system, developed by La Sportiva in collaboration with Vibram®, which absorbs impact, improves traction and increases braking on descents thanks to the specific lug angle.
