The Fischer XTR RC4 120 MV BOA GW is a medium-volume alpine ski boot built on the RC4 platform, designed to deliver strong on-piste performance without sacrificing comfort. The BOA® H+i1 system on the lower cuff wraps the foot with a simple turn of the dial, while the XTR Catch closure on the upper cuff provides the firm hold a flex 120 demands.
The 100 mm FISCHER Scan-Fit last offers an anatomical fit based on thousands of real foot scans, improving power transfer from the first use. The GripWalk sole improves comfort and safety when walking off the snow, while the RC4 MV XTR inner liner, with Sanitized treatment, keeps the boot fresh and hygienic day after day.

- BOA® Fit System H+i1 - This is a dial-based closure system on the boot's lower cuff, tightening evenly via a micro-adjustable steel cable in 0.25 mm increments. Its five-point contact design wraps the foot evenly, reducing peak pressure over the instep compared to a conventional closure. It allows precise on-the-fly adjustments without removing the boot.
- FISCHER Scan-Fit® Last - This is the next-generation last developed from the analysis of thousands of real foot scans collected through the FISCHER Scan-Fit app. This data set allows the last's geometry to be tailored to the actual shape of the average skier's foot, improving power transfer and control from the first use. It works together with the boot's other fit technologies to maximize precision without sacrificing comfort.
- XTR Catch - This is the upper cuff closure system specific to Fischer's XTR configuration, designed to deliver a firm hold with simple, rugged handling. Its construction is built to withstand intensive, repeated use while maintaining fit and performance over time. It works alongside the lower BOA system to complete the boot's overall closure.
- GripWalk® (ISO 23223) - This is the sole standard that combines the rolling platform typical of the touring sector with the performance of a traditional alpine sole. Its rounded profile and ribbed co-polymer rubber offer secure grip when walking on slippery surfaces. Compatible with most GripWalk-certified alpine bindings, it does not compromise safety or on-piste performance.
- SOMA-TEC - This is Fischer's proprietary stance geometry that positions the legs in a natural V-shape, promoting a more energy-efficient, joint-friendly skiing style. This alignment supports a more natural carving technique from the first use. It's built directly into the design of the boot's shell and cuff.
