The cuff, in glass-fiber-reinforced Grilamid FG LFT®, rounds out a boot designed as an entry point into the race world for young touring skiers, and as a performance-to-price sweet spot for more experienced competitors.

The BOA® Fit System closure replaces traditional buckles with a micro-adjustable dial that dials in a precise fit and holds tension steady through hours of effort. In climb mode, the Speed Lock System Lite mechanism - an A-Light lever connected by a Dyneema® cord - locks or releases the cuff in a single motion, unlocking 72° of range of motion for an efficient stride on every meter of elevation gain. The integrated Alien Gaiter, with a Velcro® closure, shields against cold and snow without adding weight, while the thermoformable Tour Lite Intuition liner molds to the exact shape of the foot. Compatible exclusively with tech bindings, the Alien is a precision tool made in Asolo, Italy, for skiers racing against the clock as much as against the mountain.
