If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The Nortec ALP 2.0 crampon is designed for those who want security on icy terrain without giving up comfort during winter trekking and mountain approach. Fitted with 13 steel spikes of 7 and 17 mm, it delivers reliable grip on ice and hard snow, while its short-link chain in high-quality steel ensures strength and durability under repeated use.

The binding system combines a silicone elastomer tested down to -60 °C with an elastic velcro strap that also fastens above the shoe, ensuring stability while walking. Its new pull tab makes fitting and removal easier, and it stores in a practical nylon bag with zip and perforated panel for quick drying after use.
