Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Specifications

Encounter Path. Eliminate borders. Unify territories. Share experiences.

The Camí del Encuentro unites the territories of Alt Urgell, Andorra and Ariège through old shepherds' paths, erasing the borders of the three countries and giving way to a multicultural space to share, live, experience and meet again.

Recovering the paths that our ancestors used, you can walk either of the two proposed itineraries, experiencing contrasts and enjoying nature. You have a sports itinerary for the most daring and a family itinerary so you can do it slowly but surely, and fully enjoy each of the corners that you will discover.

The context of the Camino

This path was born within the “Fer de la Frontera un Camí cap a la Formació” project of the Spain – Andorra – France Cooperation Operational Program (Poctefa) and subsidized by the FEDER funds of the European Union.

Its objectives are: to value the territories and the natural and cultural heritage within a sustainable logic; contribute to the protection and management of environmental resources; and reinforce cross-border integration by highlighting complementary aspects at the level of economic activities, innovation and human capital.
