Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Trail running socks, Lurbel helps you with your goals, with this model you can check its effectiveness in mountain terrain. Made with the A+ fit, to prevent movement of the sock, it fits perfectly to your body, thus avoiding wrinkles in the foot area and preventing the entry of small particles from the ground. The difference that this sock has with respect to the CHALLENGE model is its height. This sock has a height H4, that is, it covers you 8 cm above the running shoe. It is renewed, with a new design and new colors, an important part to match your kit. Lurbel socks are made without seams, thus avoiding chafing, they are asymmetrical, differentiating the right foot from the left and are reinforced in the areas of greatest friction, with which the comfort and durability of the sock is greater. The benefits for athletes of Lurbel technologies are many, Bmax technology, has the mission of keeping feet in perfect condition, fighting the main causes of blisters.
