Core-Wrap™ inner shell and BOA® fit
Warmth and technicality go hand in hand thanks to the patented overlapping construction of the Core-Wrap™ inner shell, with thermally insulating materials and structural reinforcements that maximise the balance between weight and warmth. The BOA® Fit System, positioned on the outside of the gaiter, allows quick, micro-adjustable tightening specifically designed to be opened and closed while wearing gloves in cold conditions, complemented by a precise Power Strap at the top.

Bi-compound Ice-Tech™ outsole
The Ice-Tech™ outsole is divided into two distinct sections to maximise performance in both climbing and walking. The front section features Vibram® LiteBase to minimise weight while offering the best possible grip during technical climbing, while the rear section, under the heel, features Vibram® SpringLug Tech for maximum comfort and shock absorption while walking on mixed terrain.

Ankle mobility and resoleable construction
The 3D Flex System acts as a multi-directional hinge in the shaft, allowing the ankle to perform its natural movements without losing stability, particularly useful on technical footholds over difficult terrain. Like all products in La Sportiva's G range, the G-Tech can be fully resoled or resoled at the front only, minimising environmental impact and material waste throughout its usable life.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Core-Wrap™: A patented inner shell construction technology using overlapping layers of thermally insulating, structurally reinforced materials. It optimally balances weight and warmth, allowing the boot to forgo a traditional midsole.
• BOA® Fit System: A rotating micro-dial closure system positioned on the outside of the gaiter. It allows precise, progressive tightening, specifically designed to be operated while wearing gloves in cold conditions.
• Vibram® Ice-Tech™: An outsole divided into two distinct sections. The front zone features Vibram® LiteBase, a compound that minimises weight while maintaining optimal grip during technical climbing. The heel zone features Vibram® SpringLug Tech, aimed at maximising comfort and shock absorption while walking.
• 3D Flex System: A multi-directional articulation in the shaft acting as a hinge, allowing the ankle to perform its natural movements without losing stability. It improves foothold control on difficult terrain and increases the outsole's ground contact surface.
