The HF 85 W GW by Nordica is a women's alpine ski boot focused on comfort, from the moment you step in to the end of the day, thanks to its hands-free rear-entry concept. The HF Easy Entry Shell opens 40 degrees so the foot slides in effortlessly, and a single rear closure with an aluminium monolock buckle replaces conventional front buckles. Its 102 mm Medium Wide last and 85 flex, combined with a lighter, softer shell, deliver a smooth and progressive ride on piste.
The women-specific 3D Cork Fit W Primaloft® liner integrates natural cork in the heel area for a precise fit, together with Primaloft® insulation that keeps feet warm even in damp conditions. The Double Axis Pivot ensures exact cuff-to-shell alignment for greater lateral support and stability. The Instep Volume Control (I.V.C.) adjusts the boot board height by +/-4 mm, and Infrared Technology allows the shell to be customised at pressure points. The GripWalk Extra-Grip sole completes the package with improved traction when walking.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- HF Easy Entry Shell + Back Buckle Closure System - The shell opens 40 degrees so the foot can slip in and out without forcing, and closes with a single aluminium rear monolock buckle that you simply push down with your foot. At the end of the day, the buckle can be opened with your pole while standing, without bending over. It reduces effort and fatigue compared with front-buckle boots.
- 3D Custom Cork - Natural cork integrated into the liner forms a heel pocket that is moulded to each skier's anatomy during the fitting process. This precise interface between foot, liner and shell limits internal movement, improving control and power transfer. The cork also adds thermal insulation and dampens vibrations for a smoother ride.
- Double Axis Pivot - An articulation system that precisely aligns the cuff with the boot shell. This alignment gives the boot greater lateral support, quicker response and more stability on snow. Turns become easier and control feels more secure on any type of piste.
- I.V.C. Instep Volume Control - An adjustment under the foot that raises or lowers the boot board height by +/-4 mm. It quickly adapts the boot's internal volume to each skier's instep without changing size. Fit is improved and pressure points are avoided.
- Primaloft® Insulation - A lightweight, water-resistant synthetic insulation originally developed for the US military. Integrated into the 3D Cork Fit W liner, it retains foot warmth even in damp conditions. It provides thermal comfort on long, cold days without adding unnecessary bulk.
- Infrared Technology - A Nordica-developed technology that allows the shell to be customised with localised heating. The bootfitter can precisely relieve the most sensitive pressure points of the foot. The result is a more comfortable, personalised fit without sacrificing support.
