Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Specifications

Diseñada con la capacidad suficiente para mantenerte hidratado durante tus actividades alpinas y tu estilo de vida activo. El modelo Isarco está elaborado con una estructura robusta y ligera de pared sencilla en acero inoxidable noble que garantiza un sabor puro sin alterarlo ni conservarlo para otros usos. Acabada con un revestimiento en polvo de gran agarre y un tapón hermético con anilla de fijación integrada.

Se acabaron los residuos plásticos. Solo acero inoxidable 100 % reciclable.

El legendario Isarco es el segundo río más largo del Tirol del Sur y fluye desde su nacimiento cerca del paso del Brennero, a unos 1.990 metros de altitud. Incluye un juego de pegatinas de Salewa.
