The MERCURY DYNASTRETCH PANTS MEN by Dynafit are the new version of the brand's longest-standing ski touring softshell, a technical men's pant built for long days of skinning and off-piste descents. Their stretchy, windproof and water-repellent Dynastretch fabric adapts to every movement and stands up to the wear and tear of the winter mountains.
Dynastretch fabric for any pace
The tight Dynastretch weave stops the wind without a membrane, so the pants keep breathing when the climbing pace picks up. The PFAS-free water-repellent finish keeps snow and moisture from soaking in, while the stretch of the fabric gives full freedom on kick turns and technical steps. Inside, the brushed finish feels warm and comfortable.
Made for the boot and the terrain
Zipped side vents let you dump heat mid-climb and close them again before the descent. The hems feature a zip to open the leg over ski touring boots and a snow gaiter that seals the boot opening. Anticut Protection reinforcement on the lower leg guards against ski edges and crampon points.
Secure fit and storage at hand
The waist adjusts with side hook-and-loop tabs and has belt loops, so the pants stay in place throughout the day. Two front pockets and one leg pocket, all zipped, carry the essentials. The Athletic Fit cut of the Dynafit Mercury Dynastretch is close-fitting without limiting mobility.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Dynastretch: Dynafit's own stretch fabric with a very tight weave that blocks the wind without a membrane. It combines high abrasion resistance with strong breathability, suited to the sustained effort of skinning. Its stretch follows the wide range of movement needed on both the ascent and the descent.
- PFAS-free DWR finish: Water-repellent treatment applied to the outer face that stops snow and moisture from soaking the fabric. It preserves the pants' breathability and does without perfluorinated substances, for a lower environmental impact.
- Anticut Protection: 3-layer polyester reinforcement fabric placed on the lower leg, where the pants take the most punishment. It resists cuts and abrasion from ski edges, crampons and the opposite leg, extending the life of the garment.
- Integrated snow gaiter: Inner gaiter sewn into the leg hem that closes around the boot cuff. It keeps snow out of your boots on the skin track and in deep snow, so your feet stay dry.
- Polygiene: Anti-odour treatment applied to the recycled polyester inner mesh. It limits the growth of odour-causing bacteria, so the garment stays fresh for longer and needs fewer washes.
