Edging precision with the Slingshot rand
The high-tensioned Slingshot rand is tied into the Powerhinge under the sole, so that when small edges are weighted, the shoe stretches in the back half rather than the front, letting you stick on the smallest edges you can find.
LaspoFlex midsole and Vibram® XS Edge™ outsole
The 1.1 mm LaspoFlex midsole, present only at the forefoot, combines with the 4 mm Vibram® XS Edge™ outsole to deliver precise grip and optimal firmness for edging, ideal for extreme multi-pitch routes.
8-panel directional lining and speed lacing
The Dentex lining, built with 8 directional panels, channels the stretch of the material for a perfect fit, while the speed lacing system, made from 100% recycled polyester, lets you lace up in seconds.
