If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

El ORIENT EXPRESS garantiza un aseguramiento óptimo al mantener el mosquetón correctamente orientado en todo momento. Su gatillo de retención se engancha directamente a la anilla de aseguramiento del arnés, evitando la rotación y minimizando el riesgo de debilitamiento de la cadena de aseguramiento por carga transversal. Su sistema de bloqueo de rosca manual ofrece un control total sobre la apertura y el cierre, proporcionando un nivel de seguridad fiable y ajustable, adaptado a las necesidades del usuario.

Un mosquetón fiable y ergonómico

Fabricado en aluminio de alta resistencia, el ORIENT EXPRESS es ligero y duradero. Su sistema Keylock garantiza un enganche suave y sin enganches. Diseñado para su uso con dispositivos de aseguramiento como el BIRDIE, también está disponible en versión automática, el ORIENT EXPRESS BI-MATIC, que permite un manejo más rápido gracias a su sistema de bloqueo de doble acción. La elección entre ambos depende de las preferencias personales: manual para mayor control, automático para mayor facilidad de uso.
