If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The ORTLES WALL 32L by Salewa is a lightweight, robust technical roll-top backpack, built for mountaineering, alpine climbing and trekking expeditions. Tried, tested and proven in the Dolomites, it is designed to let you organise your gear exactly the way you like it, following the old mountaineering saying: carry as much as necessary, and as little as possible. Its Dry Back Contact carrying system, with a padded EVA back panel and 3D channel ventilation, promotes good air flow and a dry back, while the low-profile split shoulder straps ensure a close carry and maximum freedom of movement.

Alongside the roll-top closure, it offers direct access via a side zip and a separate front compartment with a water-repellent zip. To shed weight, you can remove the Internal Stabilization Board (ISB) and the hipbelt padding. It features tube guides and an exit port for a hydration system, load control straps, side compression straps, a top rope strap with secure magnetic buckle, pole and ice tool attachment, and parallel and diagonal ski attachment. It's made from recycled Regen Robic® nylon, 60% more tear-resistant than standard nylon pack fabrics.
