If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

- Curved handle under the head and GRIPREST QUARK support piece at the bottom of the handle to protect the hands during ice climbing.

- Sufficiently straight handle with a steel tip for use as an ice ax-stick.

- Hydroformed handle that offers optimal grip in the middle of the handle for snow runners.

- Molded and bi-material handle that provides a very good grip, isolating at the same time from the cold.

- TRIGREST QUARK and GRIPREST QUARK support pieces to reinforce the grip in the hand during difficult steps.

- 550 g with SHOVEL or HAMMER.

Anchoring efficiency in any type of ice:

- ICE blade sharpened at the tip (3.3 mm) and versatile on any type of terrain: snow, ice and mixed.

- Compatible with MASSELOTTES to modify the balance of the ice ax and improve inertia.

Complete modularity, thanks to the ALPEN ADAPT system:

- Fully adjustable head that allows you to adapt the technicality of the ice ax.
