The RADICAL 3L PANTS MEN by Dynafit are a 3-layer hardshell for ski touring, built for powder days, storms and demanding conditions in the high mountains. Their waterproof, windproof Dynashell fabric, with stretch and recycled content, gives full protection from bad weather without sacrificing freedom of movement.
Full protection with Dynashell 3L
The Dynashell PFAS-free Rip 3L fabric offers a 20,000 mm water column and 20,000 g/m²/24h breathability, keeping snow and moisture out while venting the vapour you produce on the climb. Its 3-layer ripstop construction adds tear resistance, and the elastane provides the stretch needed for kick turns and technical steps.
Designed for deep snow
The anti-cut hems expand to fit over ski touring boots and include an integrated snow gaiter that keeps snow out of your boots on powder descents. The Anticut Protection insert resists abrasion from ski edges and crampons. A ventilation zip lets you dump heat on the hardest climbs.
Comfortable, responsible fit
The hook-and-loop waist adjusts quickly, even with gloves on, and two zipped front pockets hold the essentials. The Regular cut of the Dynafit Radical 3L leaves room for mid layers on the coldest days. All fabrics are PFAS-free, and the main fabric contains recycled polyamide.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Dynashell 3L: Dynafit's hardshell fabric with a 3-layer construction: outer fabric, waterproof membrane and inner lining laminated into a single piece. With a 20,000 mm water column and 20,000 g/m²/24h breathability, it keeps snow and rain out while venting the vapour from your effort. Elastane and recycled polyamide add stretch and lower the environmental impact.
- Ripstop structure: Reinforced weave with thicker threads laid out in a grid that stops tears from spreading. It increases the fabric's mechanical strength without adding weight, which matters on terrain with rock, branches or crampons.
- Anticut Protection: 3-layer polyester insert placed on the lower leg, the area that takes the most abrasion. It resists cuts from ski edges and crampon points and extends the life of the pants.
- Integrated snow gaiter: Inner gaiter in the expandable hems that closes around the boot cuff. It seals the boot opening on deep-snow descents and keeps your feet dry and warm.
- PFAS-free: All fabrics in the garment (shell, lining and insert) are made without perfluoroalkyl substances. The pants deliver technical weather protection while reducing the environmental impact of these persistent compounds.
