The RADICAL RDS DOWN HOODED JACKET MEN by Dynafit is the iconic down jacket of the Radical collection, designed for ski touring on the coldest days. Light, warm and versatile, it combines water-resistant 800 cuin white goose down with recycled, PFAS-free fabrics, and packs down small in your backpack so it is always at hand for breaks, at the summit or on the descent.

Lightweight warmth with 800 cuin RDS down
The 95/5 white goose down fill, with a fill power of 800 cuin, delivers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. Its water-resistant treatment helps retain insulating power in damp conditions, and the down is certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), which ensures the ethical treatment of the birds.

Freedom of movement and wind protection
The DYNANYLON RIPSTOP PFAS-FREE R100 fabrics, made from recycled polyamide, resist the wind and add durability with a soft hand-feel. NYLON STRETCH LITE stretch inserts follow every movement on the climb and during transitions, while elastic cuffs seal in the warmth.

Details designed for the mountains
The hood protects your head during breaks and the neck area is lined with microfibre for extra comfort. Two zipped front pockets and a chest pocket hold the essentials, and the low packing volume lets you carry it in your backpack as a spare layer, at a weight of just 435 g.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

  • Water-resistant 800 cuin down: White goose down fill with a 95/5 ratio and a fill power of 800 cuin, providing plenty of warmth for very little weight and bulk. Its water-resistant treatment reduces the loss of insulation when moisture builds up during activity.
  • Responsible Down Standard (RDS): Independent certification that ensures the down comes from birds that have not been subjected to unnecessary harm, with traceability throughout the entire supply chain.
  • DYNANYLON RIPSTOP PFAS-FREE R100: 100% recycled polyamide fabric with a ripstop structure that stops small tears from spreading, resists the wind and is made without PFAS compounds.
  • NYLON STRETCH LITE: Polyamide and elastane stretch inserts placed in high-movement areas, giving freedom on the climb and during ski touring transitions.
